Our Premium Wood Chip is derived from our carefully cultivated Radiata pine trees, ensuring a high-quality product ideal for various landscaping purposes. The Soft Fall Mulch, also made from Radiata pine, is specifically designed for safety in playgrounds and recreational areas. At Kia-Ora Tree Farm our Flagship product is our traditional Radiata Pine Wood Chip.
These wood chips are a by-product of our 30,000 tree plantation.
Our wood chip is screened and cleaned providing you with a premium product.
This makes it ideal for a variety of landscaping applications,from residential gardens to enhancing your plants,hedges and structural lines as well as commercial spaces.
Wood chip reduces evaporation when spread evenly to a depth of 40 to 100 mm.
Radiata Pine is renowned for its durability and attractive appearance, owing to its traditional light and natural properties. Notably, when wet, it transforms into a beautiful golden colour, enhancing its appeal. This unique characteristic makes our wood chip a favoured choice among landscapers and garden enthusiasts.
