Kia-Ora Tree Farm is a family-owned business specialising in premium wood chip products, located in Goolma NSW. Our operations are centered around a plantation of 30,000 Radiata pine trees, which are the cornerstone of our woodchipping business.
As a family-run business, we are deeply rooted in the local Mid-Western region, committed to providing top-quality woodchip products to the local community. Our focus is on harnessing the natural abundance of our plantation to meet the needs of our customers with a range of superior woodchip options.

PRODUCTS
At Kia-Ora Tree Farm, we offer two main woodchip products: Premium Cleaned and Screened Radiata Pine Wood Chip and Pine Mulch. Our Premium Wood Chip is derived from our carefully cultivated Radiata pine trees, ensuring a high-quality product ideal for various landscaping purposes. This wood chip undergoes a thorough cleaning and screening process, making it suitable for both aesthetic and practical use in gardens and outdoor spaces. The Pine Mulch, also made from Radiata pine, is a by-product of the plantation's timber, and is a blend of shredded timber and pine bark pieces.

Premium Wood Chip
Our Flagship product is our traditional Radiata Pine Wood Chip. These wood chips are a by-product of our 30,000 tree plantation.Our wood chip is screened and cleaned providing you with a premium product. This makes it ideal for a variety of landscaping applications, from residential gardens to enhancing your plants, hedges and structural lines as well as commercial spaces. Wood chip reduces evaporation when spread evenly to a depth of 40 to 100 mm. Radiata Pine is renowned for its durability and attractive appearance, owing to its traditional light and natural properties. Notably, when wet, it transforms into a beautiful golden colour, enhancing its appeal. This unique characteristic makes our wood chip a favoured choice among landscapers and garden enthusiasts.

Pine Mulch
In addition to our premium wood chip, we offer Pine Mulch, a by-product of the plantation pine timbers. It is a blend of shredded timber and pine bark pieces. Its warm honey-coloured tone not only adds a decorative touch but also makes it an excellent choice for both domestic and commercial landscaping applications, creating a durable product that breaks down slower than finer mulches.

We will soon be offering a certified Soft Fall Mulch, specifically designed for use in playgrounds and other recreational areas. This product is created with the safety of children in mind, providing a soft, cushioned surface that reduces the impact of falls and minimizes the risk of injuries.
Our Soft Fall Mulch will be produced from the same high-quality Radiata pine, ensuring it carries the same level of quality and sustainability as our other products. It is finely processed to create a soft, yet durable, surface that is both safe for children and aesthetically pleasing.
